Throughout my 25+ year career, I’ve worked with large and small organizations on strategic planning, capital campaign set up, endowment fundraising, annual giving, and major gift strategy. With a passion for helping small to mid-sized organizations get larger contributions in the door, I currently focus my consulting efforts on major gift strategy for organizations with smaller budgets who want the same tools and processes that are successful at large organizations.

More and more clients were asking for a safe, confidential space to wrestle with challenges, so I became a certified professional coach through a program recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Using a well-researched methodology for unlocking potential and building confidence, I offer 1:1 coaching to anyone interested in unlocking their own potential.
